About LoopTrace

LoopTrace is an early-stage circular aftercare project. We are exploring how a unique QR-linked identity can keep an individual product’s manufacturing details, repairs, refurbishment and end-of-life information connected.

Our mission is to make useful information available beyond the first sale, supporting better maintenance, reuse and material recovery. We are starting with a practical experiment: one partner, one product category and approximately 10–20 items.

A digital record is only as useful as the information behind it. Contributor identity, role-based access and an audit trail are part of our planned approach; a QR code alone is not proof of a claim or a compliance guarantee.
